At Flare Audio Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee subject to the following terms:

What can be returned:

  • Items must be in original condition, unaltered, and unused (except for trying them on).
  • Exclusions: Consumables like Replacement Tips, Earfoams®, and Foamies® are not returnable.
  • This policy applies only to orders placed on flareaudio.com, not purchases through other retailers or platforms.

How to return an item:

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions outlined in our FAQ: "How to return a product for a refund or repair" FAQ

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We'll investigate and issue a full refund, including shipping costs (both ways).
  • Change of Mind: You have 100 days from purchase to return items for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and issued to the original payment method (exchange rate fluctuations may apply).
