How do I return products for a refund or repair?Updated 9 months ago

If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a refund or repair within 100 days.

How to Return a Product

  1. Pack Your Product: Securely pack the product(s) you wish to return. Make sure the packaging is sturdy to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Label Your Package:
    • Include your order number and name on the address label.
    • Repairs: If returning earphones for repair, add your Repair Reference Number on the package exterior.
  3. Send Your Return

    We recommend using a tracked service for returns.

International Returns

  1. Complete Customs Forms: Fill out a customs declaration form (CN22 or International Returns Document) from your local postal service.
  2. Mark the Package: Label the package as "RETURNED GOODS - RELIEF CLAIMED" and list items with a value of ZERO or £1. Incorrectly filled forms may result in refused returns and additional charges.

After We Receive Your Return

Refunds: You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed. Funds will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

Repairs: We’ll send you a new tracking number once your item is shipped.
