How do I return products for a refund or repair?Updated 2 months ago

If a product isn't right for you, you can return it for a refund or repair within 100 days. We recommend contacting our support team first to see if they can help troubleshoot any issues you might be having.

Steps to Return:

1.    Securely pack the product(s) you wish to return.

2.    Include your order number and name on the address label. If returning earphones for repair, write your Repair Reference Number on the package exterior.

3.    Return the package (tracked service recommended) to:

International Returns:

    Fill out a customs declaration form (CN22 or International Returns Document) from your local postal service.

    Mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS - RELIEF CLAIMED" and list items with a value of ZERO or £1. Incorrectly filled forms may result in refused returns and additional charges.


Once we receive your return:

Refunds: You'll receive a confirmation email after processing. Funds will appear in your account within 10 business days.

Repairs: We'll contact you with a new tracking number once your item is shipped.
