This depends on where you’re based and the value of your order:

• European Union (EU): We are registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). For orders up to €150 (excluding VAT), VAT is collected at checkout. This means you should not be charged any additional VAT or import fees when your parcel arrives. Orders over €150 may still be subject to import duties or local handling fees.
• Outside the EU (including US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Rest of World): Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are set by the destination country and are unpredictable, so we cannot estimate them in advance.
• Refused deliveries: If you choose not to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will process a refund minus:
  • the original shipping cost, and
  • any charges or handling fees applied by the carrier.
