What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?Updated 5 hours ago

If you choose not to pay customs or import fees and your parcel is returned to us, we will process a refund once it has arrived back at our warehouse.

A few important notes:

  • Refunds are only issued once the parcel is back with us.
  • Return times vary. Depending on the country and postal provider, it can take several weeks or even months for a parcel to be returned.
  • Deductions apply. The refund will exclude the original shipping cost, and any direct return or handling fees charged by the carrier.
  • Destroyed or abandoned parcels. In some cases, customs authorities may destroy or permanently hold a parcel instead of returning it. Unfortunately, in these situations, we cannot issue a refund.
