How to fix it:
- Check device balance settings: On your phone or computer, ensure the left-right audio balance is centered.
- Reseat MMCX connectors: Disconnect and firmly reconnect both cables to the earpieces.
- Swap cable sides: If the issue switches ears, the cable is faulty. If it stays on one side, the earpiece may be the problem.
- Clean the nozzles: Remove ear tips and inspect for earwax or debris.
- Try another device or cable: Confirm whether the issue follows the cable or stays with the earbud.
