Why this happens: Battery may be drained, cable or port faulty, or device firmware crashed.
How to fix it:
- Try a different cable and charger: Swap the USB cable and power source.
- Inspect and clean charging port: Gently clean with a dry brush or air.
- Charge for at least 30 minutes: Deep discharge may need longer to recover.
- Reset while charging: Hold power for 10–15 seconds while plugged in.
- Still dead? Contact support if the LED never lights or unit won’t power on.
