Why this happens: Battery may be drained, cable or port faulty, or device firmware crashed.

How to fix it:

1. Try a different cable and charger: Swap the USB cable and power source.
2. Inspect and clean charging port: Gently clean with a dry brush or air.
3. Charge for at least 30 minutes: Deep discharge may need longer to recover.
4. Reset while charging: Hold power for 10–15 seconds while plugged in.
5. Still dead? Contact support if the LED never lights or unit won’t power on.
