My parcel was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it — what do I do?Updated 4 hours ago

If your tracking shows as delivered but you don’t have the parcel, please take the following steps first:

  • Check with neighbours, household members, or reception areas in case the parcel was left there.
  • Check with your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.) as they may be able to provide more delivery details.

A few important notes:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: This service only provides a delivery confirmation number. If marked as delivered, this is considered final.
  • Tracked services: Some carriers provide proof of delivery (e.g., signature, photo, or GPS scan), but this varies depending on the carrier and location.
  • Dispute window: Delivery disputes must be raised within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. We may not be able to investigate or resolve disputes raised after this period.
