How do I track my order?Updated 5 hours ago

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This email includes a direct tracking link.

You can also view your tracking details at any time by logging into your Flare account on our website.

A few important notes:

  • When tracking appears: If you placed your order after 1:00pm UK time, or on a weekend/public holiday, it will dispatch the next working day. Tracking will only be available after dispatch.
  • Didn’t receive the email? Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team and we’ll resend it.
  • Carrier handoff: For international orders, tracking may transfer to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, NZ Post).
  • Limited updates: In some countries, tracking may only show dispatch and final delivery scans.
