Why this happens: Bluetooth interference, range issues, or a device connection glitch.
How to fix it:
- Reboot and re-pair: Turn off both devices, forget the pairing, and re-pair from scratch.
- Check for other connections: The earphones may be auto-connecting to another previously paired device.
- Stay within range: Maintain line of sight and stay within 10 meters.
- Reduce interference: Avoid busy wireless environments when possible.
