Audio cuts out or sounds distorted when movingUpdated 11 days ago

Why this happens: This is often caused by a loose connection, faulty cable, or Bluetooth interference.

How to fix it:

  1. Check cable connection: Make sure the 3.5 mm or MMCX plug is fully seated in your device or earphones. Remove and reinsert.
  2. Test another device: Try the earphones with a different device to isolate the source of the issue.
  3. Inspect the cable: Flex the cable gently near the plugs and splitters. If sound cuts out when moved, the cable may be damaged.
  4. Bluetooth users: Make sure you're within 10 meters of the source and not near Wi-Fi routers or metal obstructions. Re-pair the earphones if needed.
  5. Still crackling? Clean the connectors and MMCX ports. If distortion remains, reach out to support for hardware diagnosis
