How much noise does Sleeep block?

Sleeep physically blocks noise using memory foam tips and a reflective core. It’s highly effective for snoring, traffic, and other nighttime sounds, but some low-level vibrations (e.g. alarms) may still be heard through bone conduction.

Will I still hear my alarm with Sleeep?

How do I clean and maintain Sleeep?

Wipe the core with a dry cloth. Do not submerge. Foam tips cannot be washed – replace them when worn or dirty.
