What Can Be Returned?
You can return any product except for the following consumables:
- Replacement tips
- Earfoams
- Foamies
Returned products must be:
- In their original condition
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
Can I Try the Products?
Yes, you can try all products for 100 days with the exception of consumables as above.
Does Flare Cover the Cost of Returns?
For change of mind returns, we do not cover the cost of returns. Customers must bear all costs associated with returning items. However, if the goods are faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We'll investigate and issue a full refund, including shipping costs (both ways).
Change of Mind: You have 100 days from purchase to return items for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and issued to the original payment method (exchange rate fluctuations may apply).
