Isolate is a certified hearing protection device designed to reduce harmful noise levels while maintaining comfort and reliability. To ensure safe and effective use, please follow these safety guidelines.

General safety

  • Isolate is not suitable for children. Small parts may present a choking hazard.
  • Use Isolate only to protect hearing. Do not use in situations where awareness of your surroundings is required, such as driving or near warning alarms.
  • Do not modify or alter the product in any way. Only use Flare-approved tips and accessories.

Fitting and removal

  • Pull the top of your ear up and backwards when inserting or removing Isolate.
  • Insert gently. Do not force the product into your ears.
  • Remove slowly by twisting and easing out. Avoid sudden or fast removal, as this can cause discomfort.

Maintenance and storage

  • Inspect before each use to ensure the product is clean and free from damage.
  • Clean and store Isolate as described in the care instructions.
  • Replace memory foam tips monthly, or sooner if they lose shape or no longer form a secure seal.
  • Keep Isolate in its storage case or pouch when not in use and store away from sunlight and chemicals.

In case of discomfort

If you experience pain, irritation, or discomfort at any time, remove Isolate immediately and leave the noisy environment before doing so. Contact Flare Audio support if symptoms persist before resuming use.

When used correctly and maintained in accordance with instructions, Isolate provides consistent and reliable hearing protection in a wide range of environments.
