All Flare Audio products, including Isolate, are covered by a 100-day money-back guarantee and a one-year limited warranty. These provide protection against manufacturing defects and give you full support should a fault occur during the warranty period.
100-day money-back guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Isolate purchase, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from flareaudio.com.
One-year limited warranty
The Isolate metal stems are covered by a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of retail purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with the product instructions.
Products covered
- Isolate ear protectors (aluminium and titanium models)
- Flare accessories such as storage cases, pouches, and capsules
Products not covered
- Consumable items such as heat-reactive memory foam replacement tips
- Damage resulting from misuse, modification, or unauthorised repair
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
How to make a warranty claim
- If purchased from a Flare Audio reseller, please contact the reseller directly.
- If purchased from flareaudio.com, contact Flare Audio support to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Include valid proof of purchase and your RMA number on the package before sending it to the Flare Audio support address provided.
Important: Do not return any product without a valid RMA number. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused or delayed.
Shipping responsibility
- UK returns: Flare Audio covers postage costs for valid warranty claims within the UK.
- International returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes for returns outside the UK.
