1. Identify the parts: Each Calmer® has a stem (used for handling) and an exhaust (the open end).
2. Hold by the stem: Always handle Calmer® by the stem when fitting or removing.
3. Logo orientation: Ensure the Calmer® logo faces outward (against your ear) when inserting.
4. Insert gently: Place Calmer® into the entrance of your ear canal. Do not push too hard. The stem should remain visible and easy to reach.
5. Removal: To remove, hold the stem grip and gently pull Calmer® out of your ear.
